Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head HRBP to lead the people agenda for our Global Capability Center (GCC)/Global Business Services (GBS) operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting up and leading HRBP functions for US and/or European GCCs, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.

- Lead and establish the HRBP function for GCC/GBS operations, ensuring scalable people practices and processes.

- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

- Provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.

- Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation programs.

- Develop and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on leadership hiring and workforce expansion plans.

- Coach and advise leadership teams on people-related matters and decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR governance standards.

- Monitor HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR Business Partnering.

- Proven experience in setting up and leading GCC/GBS HR operations.

- Mandatory exposure to US and/or European GCCs.

- Candidates with only APAC GCC experience will not be considered.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior leadership teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, and change management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
