Head HRBP/CoE - QSR/Retail/Hospitality - TISS/XLRI/MDI/IIM/FMS Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work From Office) Reports To: Founder & CEO About the Role We are looking for a Head of HR to lead all things People - from hiring to retention to culture - for a fast-scaling, youth-focused hospitality brand. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for building and running scalable HR systems across 30+ locations, with a focus on frontline teams. You'll own talent acquisition, drive people operations, and embed a strong values-driven culture. This is a chance to build the entire HR engine from the ground up, in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: - Lead high-volume hiring across 30+ cities for frontline roles (property managers, caf staff, housekeeping, etc.) - Build creative sourcing channels: hotel management schools, NGOs, rural hiring, gig-to-full-time transitions - Drive speed, quality, and efficiency in recruitment People Operations / HR Business Partnering: - Act as HRBP for all on-ground teams - Build systems for performance management, compliance, engagement, and retention - Develop and improve HR processes for a distributed and dynamic workforce Culture & Engagement: - Instill values like empathy, responsibility, hospitality, and hustle - Design programs, rituals, and rewards that foster connection and belonging - Build a self-sustaining and values-driven culture Leadership & Strategy: - Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team - Partner closely with the founders and leadership team to align people strategy with business goals What We're Looking For: - 7-10 years of HR experience in hospitality, QSR, cloud kitchens, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments - Strong HRBP experience, especially with blue/grey collar workforce - essential - Prior success in high-volume frontline hiring or improving retention at scale - Analytical, structured thinker with a strong execution focus - Empathetic leader with a first-principles mindset and the grit to solve for scale
