Designation: Head - Hospital Strategy & Performance (Chairman's Office)

Location: Chennai (with frequent travel to Pondicherry & Salem)

Role Overview:

A leading healthcare group is seeking a seasoned professional to drive performance tracking, strategic coordination, and execution monitoring across its hospital network. This is a high-visibility role within the Chairman's Office, focused on governance, insights, and alignment rather than direct operational control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and analyze hospital performance metrics including OPD/IPD volumes, surgeries, revenue, and patient satisfaction

- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and periodic updates for leadership review

- Act as a central coordination point between hospital administrators, clinical teams, and senior management

- Monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution of decisions

- Identify performance gaps, highlight critical issues, and recommend actionable insights

- Drive data-backed reviews to improve efficiency and outcomes across units

Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical orientation with hands-on experience in MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking

- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities

- High maturity, discretion, and ability to work closely with senior leadership

- Structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset

Qualifications:

- MBBS / BDS preferred

- MBA / MHA (Hospital Administration) from a reputed institute

Experience:

- 8-15 years of experience in hospital operations, administration, or performance management

- Exposure to corporate hospital environments is highly preferred

- Age Profile: 35-45 years

- This is a non-operational role with no direct line authority over hospital units

- The role demands frequent travel and strong on-ground engagement across locations
