Role:

- Track hospital performance (OP/IP, surgeries, revenue, patient satisfaction)

- Create dashboards & give regular updates to Chairman

- Coordinate between administrators, doctors & management

- Follow up on decisions and ensure execution

- Identify gaps and highlight key issues

Qualification:

- MBBS / BDS preferred

- MBA / MHA (Hospital Administration)

Experience:

- 8-15 years in hospital operations / administration

- Corporate hospital exposure preferred

Age: 35-45 years

Skills:

- Strong in MIS, Excel, dashboards

- Good communication & coordination ability

- Mature, balanced personality

Location: Chennai base + frequent travel to Pondy & Salem
