Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to drive profit growth and expand market share.
- Align pricing, product mix, and portfolio planning with category and marketing priorities.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to keep commercial strategies agile and competitive.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities across regions, customer segments, and industry verticals.
- Expand into emerging geographies and incubate early-stage territories with structured activation plans.
- Collaborate with R&D and category teams to launch products tailored to regional preferences and customer needs.
Distribution
- Design and execute scalable go-to-market (GTM) models across India.
- Build and strengthen distributor networks to ensure nationwide coverage across metros, Tier 1/2/3 towns, and HoReCa clusters.
- Drive distributor performance management through onboarding, audits, incentives, and compliance.
Key Accounts
- Lead engagement with major hotel chains, QSRs, cloud kitchens, industrial kitchens, and institutional partners.
- Build long-term customer relationships and develop high-potential accounts.
- Ensure strong customer engagement through product demos, trials, technical support, and service excellence.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Drive adoption of sales processes, CRM, funnel management tools, and performance dashboards.
- Develop team capability in solution selling, distributor management, and strategic account development.
Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, R&D, and HR.
- Ensure aligned demand planning, pricing governance, and OTIF delivery.
- Support business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects.
