Head of Growth (Supply)

Location:

Pune (Extensive travel required)

Compensation: 50 to 60 LPA Fixed with 15 to 20 percent Variable + ESOPs

The Context:

We are a second hand car and bike marketplace hiring a Head of Growth to take over the supply side of our business. We are currently in five cities and entering the 10 to 100 scaling phase. The immediate priority is hunting and deploying new supply channels. You will eventually take over both supply and demand. This is a senior national role working directly with the founders.

What You Will Do:

- Own and drive the entire supply side of the business.

- Identify, hunt, and deploy new sourcing channels to generate revenue.

- Manage and scale operations across multiple cities simultaneously.

- Build and lead a large national team.

- Travel extensively to drive field execution and expansion.

Who We Are Looking For:

- You are a hardcore business and sales leader.

- You have navigated a 10 to 100 growth journey. Startup experience is required.

- You currently hold a national role with a large portfolio. Regional managers will not fit this requirement.

- You have a deep understanding of channel and distribution networks.

- You have worked in supply onboarding models. Backgrounds from companies like Cars24, Spinny, Oyo, or Paytm are a strong fit.

- You have experience managing large teams across multiple layers.
