Our client is an early stage fintech . We are looking to hire their 1st Head of Marketing , these are certain pre-requisites , without which we will not be able to process your application . Tier 1 Graduate from IIT/NIT/RECs only Tier 1 Post Grad from - IIMs/ISB/INSEAD only Must have seen 0-1 in the startup journey Should be an all round Marketeer but heavy on Growth Should have some international exposure Currently at VP/Head of Marketing from - Fintech, Edutech, travel industry Responsibilities and Duties - Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies for driving user and revenue growth. - Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas. - Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans. - Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive brand, product awareness and product conversions. - Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Organic & SEO, Digital, Social Media, Advertising ,Communications and Creative - Building and managing affiliates partnerships for generating leads - Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) - Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Setting, monitoring and reporting on company, team targets Qualifications: - Education level - Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA preferred. - 8-15 yrs. of total experience in marketing, 2-4 yrs. experience as Head/VP of Marketing, preferable if the experience is in fintech, edtech, travel industry. - Have worked during 0 to 1 Startup phase, build teams from scratch, worked on tighter budgets. - Have experience in content marketing, organic & SEO marketing, performance marketing, brand marketing, funnel conversion rate optimizations, building affiliate partnerships. - Familiar with marketing and driving user growth outside India markets - preferred if experience is in US/Canada/SEA markets. - Familiar with setting up CRM tools - HubSpot, Clever Tap; familiar with performance marketing tools, solid knowledge with Adwords, web analytics, setting up marketing tech stack and conversion attribution.
