Head - Growth Marketing - FinTech

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Head of Growth Marketing for an early-stage FinTech startup based in Bangalore.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, manage marketing budgets, and build a high-performing growth engine.

Requirements:

- Experience scaling high-growth startups.

- Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing automation and conversion optimization.

- Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, Lending, InsurTech, or SaaS is highly preferred.
