Position Overview: As the AVP Growth Marketing- Paid Channels, you will play a critical leadership role in driving company's growth strategy. You will own and scale growth initiatives through performance marketing to acquire and retain customers, strengthen brand visibility, and optimize digital presence. You will lead all U.S. growth initiatives across paid channels to enable scale and drive sustained growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Data-Driven Growth Strategies: Leverage analytics, performance insights, and funnel audits to design, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Quora, and other relevant platforms. Drive consistent, high-quality lead generation across these channels while launching and scaling new funnels and growth initiatives continually improving performance and conversion efficiency. - Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while closely monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics. - Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the UX/UI and product teams to enhance landing pages and user experiences to increase conversion rates. - A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to continually improve campaign performance. - Perform detailed root cause analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and creatives in lead generation, leveraging funnel audits and deep performance analysis across stages. Team Management: - Resource Planning & Allocation: Plan for lean & efficient Org structures; and efficiently allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and tools, to maximize the team's effectiveness in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. - Professional Development: Provide guidance and support for the professional growth of team members by identifying training needs, facilitating skill development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Goal Setting & Alignment: Collaborate with team members to set clear and achievable goals that align with the overall marketing and business objectives. Ensure that team members understand their individual contributions to the team's success. - Maintain Team Dynamics: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting effective team dynamics. Encourage open communication and constructive feedback among team members. Pre-requisites: - Proven track record of at least 15 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing. - Experience in the lead generation funnel is a must. With knowledge of full funnel lead gen optimization - Optimization campaigns on leads, quality of leads, coordinating and owning sales along with the sales team - Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms- Google, Meta, Linkedin(linkedin in must), SEO best practices, and email marketing tools. - Strong knowledge and experience in Web marketing - Strong knowledge in CRO and optimizing landing pages for conversion. Knowledge of CRO tools preferred - Proven experience of intensive creative testing to optimize and improve ROAS - Proven experience of using AI for scaling creative testing process - Experience in Revenue, P&L is a must - Handson AI tools - Generic tools like GPT, claude etc plus specific image and video gen models - Candidate from Tier I,II colleges preferred - Exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights. - Stay current with advancements in AI and demonstrate the ability to design, build, and deploy AI-driven agents. - Proficiency in A/B testing and experience with marketing automation platforms. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team - Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding growth targets - Stay current with advancements in AI and demonstrate the ability to design, build, and deploy AI-driven agents.
