Role Overview A fast-growing startup is looking to hire a Growth Marketing Head to lead its Growth team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong customer empathy, a problem-solving mindset, and deep experience in lead generation. This role requires high energy, creativity, and leadership to discover and scale growth levers. The position involves close collaboration with the founding team and offers the opportunity to shape the companys growth trajectory, lead a high-impact team, and take full ownership of critical growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities -Lead & Strategize: Define and drive the overall growth marketing strategy. Oversee performance marketing, SEO, social media, partnerships, and new channel discovery. -Understand the Audience: Develop deep insights into the target audience (B2B SMBs, freelancers) to guide content creation and campaign execution. -Manage & Optimize the Funnel: Track, analyze, and manage marketing funnels to evaluate channel effectiveness and continuously optimize for volume, quality, and cost (CAC). -Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and grow relationships with key customers, industry groups, communities, and potential channel partners. -Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale the growth marketing team. Foster a culture of experimentation, high performance, and data-driven decision-making.
