Head - Growth Initiatives - B2B Travel Tech Firm (15-20 yrs)

The company is looking for an experienced professional to lead the growth initiatives beyond flights. The person will be responsible for generating strong hypotheses around the new growth vectors in the B2B travel space, prioritizing needle-moving initiatives, formulating business plans and taking ownership for execution and scaling the 0 to 1 journey. The ideal candidate will have a blend of operational and consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete PL ownership, responsibility for sales governance, operations, seeding and scaling new initiatives within hotels, strong product and customer-centric mindset, capability in building out and leading an organization.

- Role will involve hands-on work in driving the PL and strategy.

- The person should have experience in identifying organizational gaps, hiring talent, making them successful and inculcating a performance oriented culture within the specific team.

- The team will be cross-functional spanning commercial / pricing, supply, sales and marketing, and call-center operations. Breaking down silos and ensuring that different functions operate as a cohesive team.

Qualifying Criteria:

- 5 years of end-to-end PL management in any adjacent industry (travel, consumer, consumer-tech, companies with a B2B2C model, etc.)

- 4 years of consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
