About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Growth to own end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. This role requires a strong hands-on leader with deep expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and GTM strategy, who can scale growth in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media:
- Own strategy and execution across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and Microsoft Ads
- Drive ROI-led media planning, budgeting, and cost efficiencies
- Own CAC, cost per conversion, ROAS, and all performance metrics
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
2. Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing:
- Build full-funnel journeys from acquisition to activation and retention
- Optimize communication across WhatsApp, push notifications, and email
- Improve onboarding, engagement loops, and reactivation funnels
- Work closely with product and analytics to reduce funnel drop-offs
3. Affiliate & Partner Marketing:
- Build and scale the affiliate and partner ecosystem
- Onboard and manage affiliates, creators, and performance partners
- Optimize payout structures while maintaining conversion quality
4. Influencer & Social Growth:
- Lead influencer collaborations across YouTube, Instagram, and social platforms
- Drive content-led growth campaigns and partnership calendars
- Track ROI and performance of influencer-led initiatives
5. Martech & Automation:
- Leverage martech tools to drive personalization and segmentation
- Hands-on experience with platforms like CleverTap / Netcore / MoEngage, AppsFlyer / Adjust, GA, Mixpanel, Firebase
- Build automation workflows to scale growth efficiently
6. Data Analytics & Growth Experimentation:
- Own growth dashboards, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Run rapid A/B experiments and scale winning initiatives
- Drive insight-led decision-making across teams
7. Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team across performance, CRM, creatives, and analytics
- Set clear goals, streamline processes, and ensure execution excellence
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Content, and Leadership teams
What Were Looking For:
- 712 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven experience scaling user acquisition in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, and attribution
- Deep hands-on expertise in paid media and martech
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution and leadership skills
