Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue and growth across the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
- Manage and optimize growth budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, Search, Shopping and other channels.
- Drive performance through pricing, offers, website conversion, customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor CAC, ROAS, margins, returns, unit economics and overall category performance.
- Identify and build business cases for new markets, channels, categories and product opportunities.
- Lead growth analytics, attribution, experimentation and real-time performance dashboards.
- Build and manage a team across performance marketing, category growth and analytics.
Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or Category Management within Ecommerce/D2C.
- Proven experience owning both a marketing budget and revenue target.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, unit economics, cohorts, payback and incrementality.
- Ability to balance revenue growth with profitability and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing international markets and working across multiple time zones is preferred.
