Job Title: Head of Growth D2C

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 45 years

Role Overview:

The Head of Growth will own end-to-end growth for the D2C business, driving customer
acquisition, retention, and revenue across performance marketing, influencer funnels,
marketplaces, and the brand website. This role requires a highly analytical, high-ownership
leader with strong execution capabilities and a deep understanding of digital growth levers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance & Paid Growth:


- Own and scale performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, Amazon Advertising, and other paid platforms.


- Drive efficient growth through continuous experimentation, funnel optimization, and CAC/LTV improvements.


- Manage and optimize Q-Commerce (QCom) platforms to drive incremental revenue and visibility.

2. Influencer & Creator Funnel:


- Build and scale a high-impact influencer marketing engine focused on performance-led outcomes.


- Own creator sourcing, content strategy, attribution, and ROI tracking.


- Integrate influencer-led demand into overall growth and performance funnels.

3. Website Growth & Retention:


- Own website conversion rate optimization (CRO), retention, and repeat purchase metrics.


- Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to improve user journeys and checkout funnels.


- Drive CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention programs (email, WhatsApp, push, loyalty).

4. Marketplace Growth (Amazon Focus):


- Lead Amazon Advertising strategy including Sponsored Ads, search optimization, and marketplace analytics.


- Improve discoverability, conversion, and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces.

5. Data, Analytics & Strategy:


- Use data to identify growth opportunities, customer cohorts, and bottlenecks across the funnel.


- Set growth OKRs, dashboards, and performance reviews.


- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies with clear ownership and timelines.

6. Leadership & Ownership:


- Operate with high ownership across revenue, growth targets, and execution.


- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.


- Build scalable growth processes and mentor junior team members or agency partners.

Key Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in a D2C growth or performance marketing role.


- Strong hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, Influencer Funnels, QCommerce, and Amazon Advertising.


- Proven experience in website growth, retention, and lifecycle marketing.


- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


- MBA preferred, with demonstrated high intelligence, structured thinking, and business acumen.


- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and bias for action.


- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
