What You'll Lead
- Own the entire D2C P&L - from acquisition to retention.
- Scale paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube & Affiliates.
- Build a premium Shopify experience with high-converting funnels.
- Drive CRM engines: Email, WhatsApp, Push, Loyalty, Retention.
- Run deep analytics: cohorts, LTV, CAC, ROAS, CVR.
- Launch new categories with strong full-funnel GTM strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performance growth team.
What You Bring
- 6-10 years in D2C growth, performance marketing or e-commerce.
- Proven experience scaling revenue in a digital-first brand.
- Strong analytical mindset + creative problem-solving.
- Hands-on with CRO, CRM, analytics, and paid media.
- Experience in fashion/beauty/lifestyle is a big plus.
