- Lead end-to-end growth for the App across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue, owning all AARRR metrics.
- Drive multi-channel user acquisition through paid media, influencers, partnerships, and ASO while building strong organic growth.
- Oversee CLM, lifecycle journeys, digital merchandising, and creative direction to improve conversions and deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Strengthen customer experience by resolving pain points, improving app ratings, and delivering personalized, context-driven journeys.
- Leverage analytics, experimentation, and dashboarding to optimize campaigns, scale successful initiatives, and consistently deliver measurable growth.
