About the Company:
We are hiring for a next-generation snack brand reimagining a legacy category for modern Indian consumers through better products, sharper positioning, and stronger distribution.
Role Summary:
This is the key commercial leadership role responsible for building and scaling the companys national revenue engine. The role owns topline growth, channel strategy, and commercial execution across all phases of expansion.
This is revenue ownership, not a traditional sales job.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership:
- Own annual & quarterly revenue targets
- Build channel growth plans
- Drive sustainable topline growth with profitability
Channel Expansion:
- Lead Quick Commerce, Marketplaces & Modern Trade (Phase 1)
- Build and scale General Trade nationally (Phase 2)
- Manage key account and trade relationships
Revenue Growth Management:
- Pricing strategy & margin structures
- Pack-price architecture
- Discount governance & unit economics
Execution Excellence:
- Trade marketing & retail activation
- Forecasting and supply alignment
- Inventory and availability management
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead KAM, regional & distributor teams
- Set KPIs and performance systems
Ideal Profile:
Experience:
- 8 - 15 years in FMCG / Consumer Brands / D2C
- Strong exposure to Q-commerce, MT, marketplaces & GT
- Experience owning national revenue targets
Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen & negotiation
- Deep understanding of channel economics
- Data-driven decision making
- Revenue Growth Management expertise
