We are hiring for a fast-growing 0- 1 D2C consumer & lifestyle brand. Looking for a high-impact, hands-on Head of Growth to own overall growth strategy, P&L, unit economics, and key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own growth P&L, unit economics, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Drive transaction volume, revenue growth, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels.
- Scale performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.), partnerships, and GTM experiments.
- Improve retention, repeat rates, and customer lifetime value through lifecycle initiatives.
- Build growth models, identify key levers, track metrics, and run rapid experiments.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or D2C/consumer startups.
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Data-driven with the ability to move fast and make quick decisions.
- High ownership mindset and proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
