About the Organization:

A dynamic, high-growth personal care and beauty brand specializing in science-backed, clean, and high-efficacy formulations for skincare, haircare, and body care. The organization thrives in fast-paced environments, emphasizing entrepreneurial spirit, consumer obsession, and collaborative teamwork.

Role Objective:

- Own and scale the digital revenue engine across D2C, e-commerce, and quick commerce, driving profitable growth across multiple categories by building world-class performance marketing, growth analytics, and category management capabilities.

- This role is a CMO-in-the-makingresponsible for revenue, unit economics, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. D2C, E-commerce & Quick Commerce Growth:

- Own revenue and growth across company D2C site, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.), and quick-commerce platforms.

- Drive customer acquisition, repeat purchase, basket size, and category-wise growth.

2. Performance Marketing & Funnel Ownership:

- Own all digital acquisition channels: Meta, Google, influencer, affiliates, and marketplace ads.

- Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.

3. Category & Growth Strategy:

- Own category P&Ls for skincare, haircare, and body care.

- Decide which SKUs to scale, where to invest marketing spends, and how to win share of wallet.

4. Build & Lead the Growth Engine:

- Build a team across performance marketing, growth analytics, and content/creatives.

- Create real-time dashboards for channel performance, SKU profitability, and funnel metrics.

5. Cross-Functional Scaling:

- Work with Sales (for omnichannel launches), Supply Chain (to avoid stock-outs), and CEO Office (for growth planning).

- Ensure every growth push is profitable, scalable, and data-backed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

- 5-7 years in D2C brands, e-commerce, or consumer internet.

- Strong hands-on exposure to performance marketing, growth funnels, marketplace scaling, and quick-commerce.

Skills & Attributes:

- Thinks like a business owner, not a marketer.

- Extremely data-driven and ROI-focused.

- Can scale brands, not just run campaigns.

- High energy, ambitious, and entrepreneurial.

- Comfortable taking big bets with accountability.

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- MBA from a top B-School preferred.

- Strong pedigree in high-growth digital brands.
