b. Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) o Quick-commerce platforms
Drive:
- Customer acquisition o Repeat purchase o Basket size o Category-wise growth
2. Performance Marketing & Funnel Ownership
Own all digital acquisition channels:
a. Meta
b. Google
c. Influencer
d. Affiliates
f. Marketplaces ads
Optimize:
a. CAC
b. ROAS
c. Conversion rates
d. Retention & LTV
3. Category & Growth Strategy:
Own category P&Ls for:
- Skincare
- Haircare
- Body care
Decide:
- Which SKUs to scale o Where to invest marketing spends o How to win share of wallet
4.. Build & Lead the Growth Engine:
- Build a team across: o Performance marketing o Growth analytics o Content & creatives
- Create real-time dashboards for: o Channel performance o SKU profitability o Funnel metrics
5. Cross-Functional Scaling
Work with:
- Sales (for omnichannel launches) o Supply Chain (to avoid stock-outs) o CEO Office (for growth planning)
- Ensure every growth push is: o Profitable o Scalable o Data-backed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 5-7 years in D2C brands, E-commerce, Consumer internet
Strong hands-on exposure to: Performance marketing, Growth funnels, Marketplace scaling, Quick-commerce.
