About the Role

We're hiring a strategic leader to define and drive app & data monetisation for a fast-growing consumer technology brand in the wearables ecosystem. This role will focus on building and scaling digital revenue streams through subscriptions, partnerships, marketplaces, and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute App & Data monetisation strategy (ads, subscriptions, partnerships, wellness, data insights).

- Own the P&L and scale new digital revenue lines.

- Build alliances across health-tech, fintech, wellness, and insurance ecosystems.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Tech & CX teams to drive app adoption and engagement.

- Track KPIs such as DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention, and revenue growth.

- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-15 years of experience in App Monetisation, Digital Growth, or Ecosystem Partnerships.

- Proven track record in digital revenue ownership and platform growth.

- Exposure to health-tech, fintech, or consumer-tech is a plus.

- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.
