Head of Growth Marketing | EdTech Leadership Role
Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore (Onsite)
Reports to: Co-Founders / CEO

We are now seeking a Head of Growth Marketing who will play a pivotal role in scaling our next stage of growth. You will work directly with the co-founders to define strategy, implement scalable growth systems, and build a world-class marketing team that powers the companys impact and business performance.
Role Overview:
The Head of Growth Marketing will own all user growth levers across paid marketing, lifecycle retention, performance optimization, and full-funnel analytics. You will combine growth strategy, data analysis, creative execution, and team leadership to deliver exponential, sustainable user and revenue growth.
Youll be responsible for:
- 01 and 110 initiatives across marketing and growth ops
- Scaling teams, budgets, and tools
- Creating alignment between marketing, product, operations, and pedagogy
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Leadership:
- Partner with the founding team to define business-wide growth goals and marketing vision
- Develop scalable and repeatable growth models across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Design OKRs, quarterly plans, and team roadmaps that align with business outcomes (revenue, GMV, enrollments, etc.)
Performance & Paid Marketing:
- Own the digital media budget and lead channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, influencer marketing, and affiliates
- Test and optimize creatives, audience segments, placements, and copy to improve ROAS and CAC
- Drive hyperlocal campaigns (if applicable), regional language creatives, and seasonal GTMs
Lead Gen & Conversion Optimization:
- Build funnels for masterclasses, webinars, demo sessions, and trial programs
- Collaborate with product and academic teams to increase landing page and in-app conversion rates
- Design A/B tests and build playbooks for each growth stage (cold traffic, lead nurture, warm retargeting)
Brand, Content & Thought Leadership:
- Align growth marketing with the companys brand voice, academic outcomes, and credibility
- Design storytelling strategies using testimonials, success stories, social proof, and brand films
- Coordinate with content marketing, SEO, and community engagement for top-of-funnel trust-building
Team Building & Cross-functional Leadership:
- Hire and lead a high-performing team across paid media, performance, lifecycle, design, and analytics
- Work closely with product, academic, ops, tech, and design teams to drive feature-led growth
- Create a strong experimentation culture, with postmortems, success documentation, and a growth knowledge base
