Head of Growth
Were looking for a hands-on marketing expert who can strategize, execute, and optimize all key growth channels someone who's not just a thinker, but a doer.
Role Summary
As our Marketing Expert, you will be the driving force behind Hyring's growth and visibility across digital channels.
You will function as a solo contributor, managing and executing all initiatives with precision while collaborating with external vendors, influencers, and internal stakeholders when needed.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Drive traffic growth and improve SERP rankings for high-impact pages.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email campaigns for product launches, lead nurturing, and updates.
- Work on segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement and conversions.
Social Media Marketing
- Own content planning, posting, and engagement on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Use performance metrics to refine strategy and messaging.
Influencer Marketing Coordination
- Identify and engage with HRTech influencers and creators.
- Coordinate content, campaigns, and cross-promotion with influencers.
PR & Thought Leadership
- Pitch to relevant media outlets and manage PR communications.
- Work with founders on LinkedIn content, product launches, and storytelling.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar to monitor performance.
- Present clear, actionable reports on marketing KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 515 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
- Proven track record in SEO, email campaigns, and social media management.
- Experience working directly with influencers and coordinating PR campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Sendinblue, HubSpot, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
Nice to Have
- Background in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
- Experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn/Google).
- Content creation or copywriting experience.
- Design eye or basic Canva skills.
