
- Responsible for driving revenues from India Government Vertical.
- Defines and implements sales / revenue strategy.
- Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for Government vertical
- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
- Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
- Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects
- To develop and implement a business strategy, a business plan and a sales strategy to achieve business objectives for a specific mid-size territory.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, market participation and revenue within the territory and may act as the senior interface with key customers
- Maintains effective business relationships with senior management and, on occasion, influences client's executive management
- Ensures all targets with respect to collections are fulfilled
- Interfaces with the senior management on key accounts
- Works closely with the marketing team to achieve desired market positioning
- Organization capability building - people skills and process maturity (it's a conscious effort involving gap identifications, action planning, execution and review mechanism.)
- Has complete understanding and is the acknowledged authority in his domain area
- Has in-depth understanding of Business and Market conditions that drive business.
- High degree of People Management Skills.
- Skills to facilitate inter personal and inter department work issues.
- Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
- Extremely good negotiation skills and communication skills.
