Job Title: Head - Go-To-Market (GTM)- DFM Foods

Location: Delhi NCR

Hiring for one of our FMCG clients with a strong portfolio of consumer brands and a rapidly expanding distribution network. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive GTM strategy, strengthen execution, and scale growth across channels.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-12 years FMCG experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial roles

- Strong exposure to General Trade & Modern Trade

- Proven ability to lead large field teams and drive business growth

Good to Have:

- MBA preferred

- Exposure to CRM, SFA, and analytics tools

- Experience in high-growth FMCG environments and product launches

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive GTM strategy across key channels

- Strengthen distribution, execution, and market coverage

- Improve sales productivity and trade effectiveness

- Lead pricing, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment

- Build and manage high-performing sales teams
