
Head - Go-To-Market (GTM)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Head - GTM to lead market expansion, strategic client acquisition, and revenue growth across key industry verticals including FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Pharma, and Logistics.
This role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, solution commercialization, industry relationship building, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate would come from high-growth AI, Analytics, or Data consulting organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Revenue Leadership:
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy across assigned markets and industry verticals
- Build and execute annual revenue plans, pipeline targets, and growth strategies
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
Market Development:
- Identify whitespace opportunities across industries and geographies
- Build market-entry strategies for new offerings and solutions
- Develop industry-specific value propositions and positioning
Enterprise Sales & Consultative Selling:
- Engage CXOs including CEO, CDO, CIO, COO, Supply Chain Heads, Commercial Heads
- Lead discovery workshops, business diagnostics, and solution pitches
- Build transformation-led proposals aligned to business outcomes
Solution Commercialization:
Work closely with product, consulting, and delivery teams to package offerings such as:
- Commercial Control Towers
- Route-to-Market Optimization
- Demand Forecasting
- Customer Segmentation
- Supply Chain Intelligence
- GenAI / Agentic AI solutions
Strategic Partnerships:
- Build alliances with hyperscalers, ERP players, and consulting ecosystems
- Identify co-sell and implementation partnerships
Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing GTM team
- Create repeatable sales playbooks, account plans, and deal governance mechanisms
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- 6-8 years in enterprise sales / GTM / business development in AI, analytics, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation
- Proven experience in hunting and farming enterprise accounts
- Experience selling $500K-$5M transformation engagements
