Have you led end-to-end supply chains across fertiliser plants, mining operations, and international trade lanes? Do you know what it takes to keep procurement, logistics, and plant turnarounds running without a hitch?

We are looking for a senior Supply Chain leader (20 - 25+ years, 10+ in leadership) to own our global SCM roadmap - from strategic sourcing and contracts to customs, digitalisation, and cost improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive global supply chain strategies to optimize procurement cycles and reduce operational overhead across international territories.

- Lead large-scale negotiations with global vendors and logistics partners to secure favorable terms, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

- Oversee complex import and export compliance frameworks, ensuring all cross-border transactions adhere to international trade laws and local regulatory standards.

What you will bring:

- B.Tech/B.E. + Tier-I MBA preferred

- 20 - 25 yrs experience, 10+ in senior leadership

- SAP/Oracle fluency + international trade know-how

- Sharp commercial, negotiation + leadership instincts
