Global HR MGS Head of Performance & Reward

Role : Global HR Leadership Opportunity - Performance & Rewards (VP Level)

Location : Mumbai / Bengaluru

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to spearhead Performance & Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) transformation within a global financial services environment. This is a pivotal role driving HR operating model evolution, offshoring strategy, and global process excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of a Performance & Rewards operating model for a global HR transformation initiative.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on offshoring, advising senior stakeholders and steering committees.

- Oversee transition, operationalization, and delivery of PRB services with clear SLAs, metrics, and governance.

- Provide leadership and coaching to the India-based PRB team, ensuring seamless integration with global COEs.

- Partner with global HR leaders to deliver a world-class PRB agenda across geographies.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 12+ years of proven expertise in Performance & Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) within the banking/financial services sector.

- Strong track record in offshoring, operationalizing, and managing global HR service delivery models.

- Deep knowledge of global PRB regulations, market trends, and COE practices.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced degree preferred; strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Excel required.
