Head - Global Fund Raising

Job Summary:

Valmiki Leela Capital is looking for a dynamic leader to head its Global Fund-Raising vertical. The role involves driving international roadshows, building global investor networks, and managing overseas IPO and M&A fund-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead international fund-raising activities for IPOs, M&A, and private placements.

- Develop and implement global investor acquisition strategies.

- Conduct international roadshows across key financial hubs.

- Build relationships with FIIs, DFIs, global funds, and family offices.

- Coordinate with cross-border legal and compliance teams for global deal execution.

- Lead financial structuring and valuation for overseas investments.

- Manage end-to-end execution of global fund-raising mandates.

- Identify and onboard international investors for India-based projects.

- Represent the firm in international conferences, forums, and investor summits.

- Track international capital market trends and regulatory developments.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive firm-wide strategic goals in global markets.
