
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Portfolio Leadership
- Multi-Account Delivery: Take full accountability for delivery excellence across the entire GDO portfolio. Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and innovation goals across multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Global Team Management: Lead a hierarchy of Delivery Directors, Project Managers, and Architects across multiple geographies. Mentorship and development of the next layer of leadership is critical.
- US Resource Management: Directly coordinate with US-based onshore resources, ensuring a unified "One Team" culture. Bridge the gap between time zones to provide seamless 24/7 delivery capabilities.
2. Client Front-Ending & Strategic Growth
- Executive Partner: Act as the primary delivery counterpart for US-based Client Executives. You must be capable of leading Steering Committee meetings, QBRs, and crisis management calls with US clients confidently.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Partner with US Sales and Vertical Heads to win new logos. Lead the technical response for RFPs, provide effort estimations, and design "Global Delivery Models" that balance cost (offshore) with proximity (onshore).
- Transition Leadership: Oversee large-scale service transitions. Ensure the successful intake of new accounts from competitors or internal client teams with zero disruption.
3. AI Transformation & Innovation
- AI-First Delivery: Champion the deployment of GenAI and Co-Pilot tools across the organization. Your goal is to increase code velocity, automate L1/L2 support, and reduce operational overhead by 20-30%.
- IP Creation:Institutionalize best practices and convert successful project frameworks into reusable Intellectual Property (IP) and case studies to fuel future sales.
4. Operational Excellence & Talent Strategy
- Resource Optimization: Manage utilization, pyramid structures, and bench strength to ensure operational efficiency.
- Talent Retention: Execute innovative retention strategies for high-demand skills (AI, Data Engineering, Cloud). Reduce attrition in critical accounts and build a "Future-Ready" skills matrix.
