Responsible for driving the Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy, advancing HR analytics, and strengthening HR technology enablement across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Develop and execute a global total rewards framework that aligns with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Define compensation range and bands - work closely with solutions and pricing on new deal structuring
- Establish and maintain global job architecture and leveling frameworks.
Benefits & Wellness
- Design, benchmark, and govern global and country-specific benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Prepare executive dashboards, board decks, and people insights reports.
- Support HR policy harmonization, audit readiness, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to special projects such as diversity pay parity studies, leadership compensation frameworks, and future workforce modeling.
HR Analytics & Insights
HR Technology & Systems
- Partner with HR Tech teams to optimize HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle).
- Automate compensation and benefits workflows using HR tech tools.
Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure adherence to local laws, tax, and social security regulations across global operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM (HR/Finance) from a top-tier B-school.
- 3-8 years of experience in C&B and HR Transformation, ideally in the IT/ITES or services industry.
