Job Description:
- Lead the center's role in the transformation and evolution of the global operating model by establishing the India center as the primary hub for specified enterprise support and shared services delivery as well as driving the implementation of any service transitions from legacy structures.
- Build and develop a strong leadership team and scalable talent platform.
- Partner with global and regional leaders to plan and implement service transitions, standardization, and continuous improvement under approved intercompany service arrangements and decision rights.
- Establish clear service levels, performance measures, governance, legal-entity roles, delegated authorities, and accountability.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensure consistent service quality, effective controls, and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee operational risk, compliance, cybersecurity, business continuity, and third-party risk.
- Maintain clear legal-entity boundaries and decision rights, including controls over contract negotiation and execution, cross-border activities, and personnel acting on behalf of non-India entities, in coordination with Tax and Legal.
- Manage strategic service-provider relationships within delegated contracting authority and ensure alignment with standards.
- Lead budgeting and resource planning and evaluate service provider performance against contractual commitments.
- Embed culture, values, and leadership expectations across the center.
- Represent the company to external employees, candidates, industry groups, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand the center's capabilities and create greater enterprise value.
