Vice President - Head Of Technology - Global Capability Centers

We are hiring VP - Head Of Technology - Global Capability Centers (GCC) for our client based at Hyderabad.

Requirements:

- As a Head of Technology Innovation, you will be responsible for setting up and scaling a new GCC center, from the ground up building high-performing teams, establishing engineering center of excellence, digital platforms, and delivery frameworks that support global transformation.

- Looking for a visionary technology Leader, product mindset, and who can drive end-to-end technology strategy, execution and innovation for India GCC.

- Good understanding in emerging technology, enterprise architect, AI/ML, digital transformation, product innovation, information security and so on.

- Good understanding of Cloud migration & real-time data systems to AI-powered tools and mobile first solutions.

- Should have experience in leading large engineering team, people management, and stakeholder management, and strong business communication skills.

- Collaborate with global executive teams to define and execute the GCC's vision and roadmap.

- Experience in building the cross functional teams such as Engineering competencies, Digital Transformation, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Operations and Corporate functions.

- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for GCC growth, aligned with the global leadership teams vision.

- Own and manage P&L responsibility for GCC including revenue, profitability, operating margin, etc.

- Demonstrated success in scaling teams and delivery centers in complex, matrixed organizations and driving operational excellence.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous learning.
