Head - Global Capability Center Coverage

We at FyneHand are mandated to work on Head GCC coverage:

1. Franchise Strategy & City Cluster Leadership:

- Define and own the GCC city-cluster model prioritising Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, NCR and Mumbai, and designing the phased expansion into next-wave cities

- Build the GCC universe map: track new entity filings, DPIIT approvals, tech-park tenancy data and MCA registrations to build a first-mover origination pipeline

- Lead tech-park partnerships for captive tenant origination and campus banking events

2. Client Acquisition Setup to Scale:

- Personally own and convert the top 3040 strategic GCC targets annually

- Lead the Setup & Ramp-Up phase proposition: single-window onboarding for entity setup, capital account, FEMA flows, payroll launch and vendor payments

- Drive API / ERP integration as a stickiness strategy deploy the implementation squad for host-to-host payroll, virtual accounts and reconciliation with GCC HRMS / ERP systems

3. Product Orchestration & Wallet Deepening:

- Orchestrate the full product suite across payroll, CMS, trade, FX, commercial cards, capital account, employee banking and API building a minimum 4-product relationship with every anchor GCC

- Drive employee franchise at scale: premium salary accounts, wealth, home loans, NRI / expat banking and campus onboarding at each tech-park cluster

- Partner with Product and Treasury teams to deploy structured FX and inter-company solutions for mature GCCs

4. Influencer Network & Ecosystem Origination:

- Own coverage of law firms, CA firms, FEMA consultants and India-entry advisers (ANSR, Zinnov, Big 4) in each GCC city become the bank of recommendation

- Build the correspondent banking and global partnership channel for referrals from parent-country banks of GCC entities

- Create and host GCC community forums and knowledge events to build visibility and thought leadership

5. Team Leadership & Governance:

- Recruit, coach and manage a high-performing city-based GCC team; conduct weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business performance reviews

- Establish and enforce SLAs for onboarding, account opening, API go-live and payroll launch milestones

- Report to the Segment Head on portfolio health, wallet share, fee income and relationship depth
