About the Role:

We are seeking innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile AI professionals to join our global team as Generative AI Specialists. In this role, you will drive transformation across the ITeS/BPO industry, working on complex projects that blend strategic business insights with advanced data science techniques. By leveraging Generative AI and Conversational AI, you will help our business and clients unlock maximum value from data and transform day-to-day BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop cutting-edge AI methodologies and Generative AI techniques for applications across the BPO value chain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to design, implement, and scale AI/ML concepts.

- Lead AI/ML adoption initiatives across the company through training, awareness, and capability-building programs.

- Stay ahead of the latest advancements in data science, Generative AI and NLP, applying insights to solve real business challenges.

- Build and strengthen collaborations with industry and academic partners to drive innovation and leverage external expertise.

- Document methodologies, tools, and processes, and present findings and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on Generative AI solutions and their scalable applications (including RAG, AI Agents, Lang Graph or similar frameworks).

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in solution deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Proven expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and advanced data science techniques, with the ability to translate complex business needs into AI-driven solutions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in global, multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong customer orientation, interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and a continuous learning mindset.
