Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Menswear Sourcing professionals across leadership levels to drive sourcing operations and strengthen the overall sourcing function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end menswear sourcing operations.

- Manage sourcing across Suits, Formal/Casual Shirts, and Trousers.

- Drive vendor development and vendor management.

- Manage costing and commercial negotiations.

- Oversee in-house sourcing and manufacturing linkages.

- Manage large-scale supply chain operations.

- Work with export houses and/or leading retail brands.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong end-to-end expertise in Menswear Sourcing.

- Deep category experience across Suits, Formal/Casual Shirts, and Trousers.

- Proven experience in vendor development, vendor management, costing, and negotiations.

- Strong operational background in sourcing and manufacturing.

- Experience managing large-scale supply chain operations.

- Experience with export houses and/or leading retail brands.

Educational Qualification - Mandatory:

B. Tech in Textile Technology OR Graduation/Post-Graduation from a premier institute such as NIFT
