Hiring | Quality Head / GM Quality
Location: Hyderabad | Plant-based role
Reporting to: VP Plant Operations / COO
We are looking for an experienced Quality Leader to drive the overall quality function for a large manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant-wide Quality Strategy, Assurance & Control
- Drive Zero Defect / Zero Customer Complaint initiatives
- Manage Customer Quality, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D & CAPA
- Lead Supplier Quality and Process Quality improvement
- Drive ISO / IATF audits, compliance and certifications
- Reduce COPQ, scrap, rework and quality-related costs
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke initiatives
- Lead, mentor and develop the Quality team
Ideal Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical / Production / Electrical or related field
- 27+ years of manufacturing quality experience
- 5- 8+ years in a senior Quality leadership role
- Experience in Automotive / Bus Manufacturing preferred
