About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and seasoned Media & Advertisement Sales Head for our esteemed client-a prominent entertainment chain operating across India. This leadership role is based in Tamil Nadu and is pivotal in driving revenue growth through multi-channel media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Ownership: Lead revenue generation through 360- media solutions including content space, online, radio, and outdoor platforms.

- Team Leadership: Strategically manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.

- Portfolio Oversight: Manage print and digital advertising portfolios across diverse industries-Industrial, Corporate, Real Estate, Durables, FMCG, Telecom, and more.

- Agency Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies to drive lead generation and campaign innovation.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual sales budgets and execute strategies to meet business goals.

Candidate Profile:

- A strategic sales leader with 15+ years of experience in print, broadcast, OTT, and digital media.

- Proven P&L responsibility and adept at revenue forecasting and business planning.

- Strong expertise in category development, cross-platform selling, and high-level client engagement.

- Demonstrated ability to craft integrated media strategies aligned with brand goals across traditional and emerging channels.

- Deep understanding of client business landscapes, enabling the design of tailored media campaigns.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
