Marketing Head / GM - Marketing:

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Role Overview:

We are looking for a charismatic and articulate marketing leader to spearhead brand growth in India for a leading European fashion brand.

The role will be responsible for driving 360-degree marketing, retail activations, digital campaigns, strategic Public Relations, and collaborations with international brands and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall marketing agenda and drive brand growth in India.

- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing initiatives for the brand.

- Drive strong digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

- Lead retail activation initiatives aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.

- Drive strategic Public Relations initiatives and manage PR engagements.

- Work with leading PR agencies to support brand communication and visibility.

- Develop and manage collaborations with international brands and brand partners.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across marketing and retail initiatives.

- Work closely with relevant internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Candidate Profile:

- Mandatory experience working with international brands and brand partners.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing and experience in scaling digital initiatives.

- Hands-on experience in Public Relations or working with leading PR agencies.

- Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing and retail activations.

- Charismatic and articulate personality with impeccable executive presence.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong career stability with good tenures in previous organisations.
