Description:

- Drive the interior design vision and standards for hospitality projects.

- Lead development of concepts, space planning, materials, finishes, and FF&E strategies.

- Manage and mentor the in-house interior design team.

- Collaborate with architecture, project management, procurement, and operations.

- Oversee design packages ensuring adherence to brand, budget, and technical requirements.

- Support project implementation and ensure design intent is maintained.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture / Interior Design.

- 15+ years of experience in hospitality interior design.

- Experience with leading hotel brands and top-tier design firms preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
