Experience : 15 to 20 Years in SAP Implementation (Mandatory)

Qualification : B.Tech (Computer Science) + SAP Certified

Team Size : 5560 People

Location : Multi-Geographies India, UK Office etc. (Pharma Manufacturing Preferred)

Reporting To : Global IT Head

Industry : Pharma (Minimum 57 Years, at least one strong inning)

Joiners : Immediate

Role Purpose :

Lead and optimise the complete SAP S4 HANA landscape (MM, SD, FICO, PP, PM, ABAP, BTP, AI, Signavio, BIB, API), ensuring seamless global operations, compliance, and innovation across manufacturing and multi-country setups.

Skills Set :

- SAP Thought Leader with strategic transformation expertise.

- Deep knowledge of SAP modules (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM).

- Hands-on with ABAP, BTP, AI, Signavio, BIB, API (Mandatory).

- Strong leadership, compliance, and global operations experience.

- Proven track record of 2+ end-to-end S4 HANA RISE implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, performance tuning, and debugging.

- Knowledge of global statutory & regulatory landscape.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA & Fiori (o-data) is a plus.

- Pharma Manufacturing MNC exposure (57 years).

- SAP Certifications Mandatory.

- Candidate must currently be the Lead SAP person (not second line).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead & mentor global SAP team of 5560 professionals, including functional heads (GxP compliance).

- Develop & execute SAP solution strategy aligned with business goals; oversee design, development & enhancements.

- Drive successful end-to-end S4 HANA RISE (Private Cloud) implementations; ensure seamless integration & data flow.

- Monitor & optimize SAP systems & ABAP programs; provide expert-level support for complex issues.

- Ensure adherence to global statutory & regulatory requirements; implement robust security protocols.

- Champion adoption of new SAP tools (BTP, AI, Signavio, BIB, API); lead R&D for efficiency & productivity.
