Head/GM Corporate Communication Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Corporate Communications Professional to lead our internal and external communications strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and protecting the company's reputation, driving brand visibility, and aligning communications with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: External Communications & PR: - Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility. - Manage media relations: write press releases, pitch stories, and handle media queries. - Build strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and PR agencies. - Oversee all public-facing messaging and crisis communication management. Internal Communications: - Design and drive internal communication programs that foster engagement and alignment with company values and goals. - Partner with HR and leadership for key announcements, culture campaigns, and leadership messaging. - Manage communication channels like newsletters, intranet, CEO emails, and town halls. Content Development: - Create and oversee high-impact content including speeches, keynotes, thought leadership articles, blogs, and social media content for leadership. - Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints. Digital & Social Media Strategy: - Lead the companys digital communications and social media presence. - Monitor social sentiment and manage reputation proactively. - Collaborate with digital marketing to align communications and branding. Crisis & Reputation Management: - Act as a key advisor during sensitive situations including crises, issues management, or negative PR. - Prepare holding statements, FAQs, and stakeholder communications for high-pressure scenarios. Stakeholder Engagement: - Support communications with investors, partners, and regulators as needed. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: HR, marketing, ESG/sustainability, and legal. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. - 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably in a B2B or global organization. - Excellent writing, storytelling, and media relations skills. - Strong strategic thinking and crisis management capabilities. - Prior experience managing agencies and large communication programs. - Strong understanding of digital media, social platforms, and analytics.
