Our client is a startup real estate-focused investment platform working with institutional investors, family offices, and select individual investors to deliver attractive risk-adjusted opportunities across private credit and private equity. The platform offers proprietary AIFs along with selective direct asset-level investment management.
We are seeking a strong fundraising professional with established UHNI and family office relationships to lead capital raising and drive investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising from family offices, HNIs and wealth platforms - secure commitments of INR 1-25 crore per investor client across India.
- Deliver presentations on the fund.
- Lead investor meetings - tailor communication to sophisticated investors and their family's trusted advisors.
- Handle first-line queries from investors before routing to investment team.
- Address concerns from investors who have had poor past experiences in real estate investing; communicate risk mitigants and differentiated strategy credibly.
- Engage with wealth management firms, private bankers, and boutique advisors to activate distribution channels.
Ideal Profile
- 8 - 12 years' experience in either Fundraising & IR in AIFs OR UHNI & Private Banking roles.
- Strong drive for raising capital from UHNIs and family offices.
- Able to grasp credit/equity deal structures and speak on underlying investments and risk-return.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience with real estate AIFs or credit platforms is an advantage.
