Head - Fundraising & Investor Relations - Alternatives Investments

Senior leadership role with a leading alternatives investment platform, responsible for owning end-to-end fundraising and investor relations across private equity, real estate and private credit strategies.

The role will lead capital raising from domestic and global investors, manage senior LP relationships, and build a scalable fundraising and IR platform aligned with long-term AUM growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute fundraising strategy across private equity, real estate and private credit funds

- Lead capital raising from UHNI, family offices, domestic institutions and global LPs

- Manage senior investor relationships across the full fund lifecycle

- Drive investor communication, reporting standards and LP engagement frameworks

- Partner closely with investment leadership on product positioning and new fund launches

- Build and lead a high-performing fundraising and investor relations team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of experience in fundraising and investor relations within alternative investments

- Strong track record of raising capital for PE, real estate or private credit funds

- Direct exposure to UHNI, family offices, domestic institutions and offshore investors

- Deep understanding of AIF structures, fund economics and investor expectations

- Senior leadership presence with strong relationship and negotiation capabilities

- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate full-time
