Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead funding activities for real estate projects.

This person will be responsible for identifying funding sources, structuring deals, and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Funding Strategy & Management:

- Develop and manage funding strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify funding options from banks, NBFCs, private equity, and other sources.

- Negotiate debt and equity financing terms.

- Maintain relationships with financial partners.

- Monitor funding costs and improve capital structure.

- Oversee due diligence and risk analysis.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Lead financial modeling and feasibility analysis for projects.

- Track funding utilization and compliance with finance team.

- Prepare reports and present funding updates to management.

- Ensure all funding activities comply with regulations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Build and manage a funding team.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams.

- Mentor team and promote best practices in finance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or certifications (like CFA/CPA) preferred.

- Minimum 15 to 25 years of experience in real estate finance or capital raising.

- Strong understanding of real estate funding and financial instruments.

- Excellent negotiation and financial modeling skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Able to manage multiple large-scale projects.
