Head Real Estate Funding Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead funding activities for real estate projects. This person will be responsible for identifying funding sources, structuring deals, and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and investors. MBA or certifications (like CFA/CPA) preferred. - Minimum 15 to 25 years of experience in real estate finance or capital raising. - Strong understanding of real estate funding and financial instruments. - Excellent negotiation and financial modeling skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management. - Able to manage multiple large-scale projects.
