
Role Overview:
The Group Manager / SVP Fundraising will lead the companys capital-raising strategy across debt, equity, and structured finance. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to support the companys growth and project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy & Execution:
- Design and execute fundraising strategies aligned with business expansion plans
- Raise capital through debt, private equity, structured instruments, and project financing
- Evaluate optimal capital structure and cost of capital
Investor Relations:
- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity firms, and institutional investors
- Lead investor presentations, negotiations, and due diligence processes
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and ensure transparency
Deal Structuring & Closure:
- Structure complex financial deals including mezzanine financing, joint ventures, and land funding
- Lead term sheet negotiations, documentation, and closure processes
- Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams
Market Intelligence:
- Track trends in real estate financing, interest rates, and regulatory environment
- Benchmark against industry peers and identify new funding avenues
Internal Collaboration:
- Partner with business heads, project teams, and finance to assess funding requirements
- Align fundraising timelines with project execution and cash flow needs
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Finance/CA/CFA or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or real estate finance
- Strong network with banks, NBFCs, PE/VC funds, and institutional investors
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals.
