Our client is a high-growth, technology-led healthcare platform operating at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, insurance, and digital health. The organization has built an integrated ecosystem focused on improving healthcare accessibility and affordability through innovative financing and technology solutions.

Backed by leading institutional investors, the company has established a strong market presence and is entering its next phase of growth, with ambitions to significantly expand its business across multiple verticals. As it scales, the organization is looking to strengthen its leadership team by hiring a Head - Fundraising & Investor Relations, who will play a pivotal role in shaping its capital strategy and investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Raising:

- Lead end-to-end equity fundraising initiatives across venture capital, growth equity, private equity, strategic investors, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Develop and execute the company's fundraising strategy in line with long-term business objectives.

- Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors globally.

- Drive the complete fundraising lifecycle, including investor identification, financial analysis, management presentations, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Investor Relations:

- Own and strengthen relationships with existing shareholders and strategic investors.

- Develop compelling investment narratives that effectively communicate the company's growth strategy and long-term vision.

- Lead preparation of Board materials, investor presentations, quarterly updates, and shareholder communications.

- Establish best-in-class investor communication and governance practices.

Strategic Finance & Corporate Development:

- Partner with the Founder, CEO, and senior leadership team on strategic planning and capital allocation.

- Support valuation exercises, financial planning, capital structure optimization, and business planning.

- Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions, investments, and inorganic growth opportunities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on fundraising and investor-related matters.

- Represent the organization in discussions with investors, advisors, and strategic partners.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Business teams to drive successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, commercial orientation, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience:

- 8-15 years of experience across one or more of the following:

1. Investment Banking

2. Private Equity / Venture Capital

3. Corporate Development

4. Strategic Finance

5. Investor Relations

6. Founder's Office / CEO's Office with significant fundraising exposure

- Demonstrated experience in leading or playing a key role in multiple equity fundraising transactions.

- Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, capital markets, and transaction execution.

- Experience engaging with Boards, institutional investors, and senior leadership teams.

- Prior exposure to healthcare, fintech, consumer internet, SaaS, or financial services would be advantageous but is not essential.
