Head - Fund Raising & Investor Relations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Investor Relations & Fundraising professional to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving capital-raising initiatives, managing investor relationships, and supporting strategic growth objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of private markets, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the firm's investment philosophy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute fundraising strategies for current and future funds.

- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs/UHNWIs, fund-of-funds, and strategic partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely and effective communication.

- Lead investor engagement initiatives, including investor meetings, roadshows, periodic updates, and performance reporting.

- Develop and articulate a compelling investment narrative that aligns with the firm's strategy, track record, and market positioning.

- Support the preparation and review of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), investor presentations, and marketing collateral.

- Coordinate investor due diligence processes by providing accurate information, responding to queries, and facilitating interactions with key stakeholders.

- Monitor investor sentiment and provide regular updates to leadership on fundraising progress, market feedback, and relationship developments.

Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Management Consulting.

- Demonstrated experience in capital raising and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs/UHNWIs, and other investment stakeholders.
