
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional training strategy and execution across India for a large BFSI organisation.
- Design and roll out the Circle Training Strategy, ensuring seamless alignment between central L&D priorities and regional business needs.
- Drive end-to-end Training Needs Identification (TNI) with business and HR stakeholders.
- Design and create in-house functional training content, facilitator guides & assessments.
- Oversee creation of high-quality learning content using instructional design best practices, simulations, case studies and scenario-based learning.
- Develop annual training calendars, learning journeys, induction, refresher and upskilling programs.
- Drive strong stakeholder management with business heads, regional leaders, HR and operations teams.
- Oversee all training MIS, ensuring accurate, timely reporting on training coverage, attendance, certification, productivity metrics and impact data.
- Maintain audit readiness for all training-related documentation, processes and records.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in functional training within BFSI.
- Strong experience in TNI, instructor-led training, content creation and facilitation.
- Experience managing large-scale training programs for large employee base.
- Proven team management experience, including leading a pan-India team of 5+ members.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
