Role Overview:

As the FC Head for our Chennai facility, you will serve as the operational backbone of our regional supply chain, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of warehouse activities. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure seamless inventory flow, rigorous quality control, and optimized fulfillment cycles. By collaborating closely with logistics partners, procurement teams, and regional stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business scalability. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining high throughput, ensuring that our service level agreements are met with precision while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily warehouse operations to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment, maintaining high service standards for our end customers.

- Manage comprehensive inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage, optimize stock accuracy, and ensure real-time visibility for stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional warehouse teams to foster a high-performance environment focused on safety, productivity, and professional growth.

- Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that drive cost-efficiency.

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain partners to streamline inbound and outbound movements, ensuring consistent supply chain reliability.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale warehouse operations, with a proven ability to optimize inventory turnover and fulfillment workflows.

- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret supply chain data and translate insights into actionable operational strategies.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment, maintaining composure and decision-making clarity under operational pressure.

- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, complemented by a track record of driving process excellence in dynamic business settings.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and digital inventory tools to maintain high levels of operational transparency and accuracy.
